I think I know what the problem is....... Do you have a spacer of any kinda? Or did you use bigger/smaller bolts on the TB? Because I had a similar problem on my V6 Stang. You know the two metal lines that connected to the throttle body that makes the Flaps Open/Close when you give gas? One was for Cruise Control and the other was your actual foot? Well what happend to me was my cable was too short by like 1mm and this caused for the TB not to close all the way when the pedal was released. To Compensate this I had to "extend" the line by cutting and welding a little piece of extra metal wiring to it. Then I releazied that my TB Space had come with two little extenders for your bolts that extended your wire foward for you. Thats what I get for not reading directions....[:@]

nah the cable acutally has slack in it so i dont think thats the issue

My friend had similiar problem awile back ended up being ECT wires. Find the wires coming out of the engine coolant sensor connector dont disconnect the connector just start the engine and while it is running move those wires back and forth and see if it stalls out.. Just an idea
