Default SLP VERSE 40 Series

I have O/R X no name brand... and 40 series flowmasters.... I had them dumped before wasent as loud as out the back so there back out the back.

My question is I want it a little louder and eventually get them dumped again for the deeper rumble.... The exhaust clips i hear online don't justify real sound

from experience does anyone know how much louder will slp's be and how much does the sound change

It's on the raspy side now

I have the exact setup as the OP and was wondering the exact same thing. But also does slp sound good at idle, accelerating and flooring it? Will i see a little more power eith the slp 1 cat back than with weld in flows? Sorry, not trying to jack topic jsut add to it

umm...i drove next to this guy that had slp lm1 and for some reason my car sounded like a taurus or something next to it...i could not even hear my exhaust lol. lm1s have to be at least 3 times louder than flows. Its scary how loud those things are. Me personally i would not get them because they dont have that good of a tone to them and they are just too loud for my taste

Its going to be raspier than it is now, thats for damn sure....I personally think that MAC and Magnaflow (not magnapack) sound the best with an O/R X out of any of the catbacks I've heard.

I have LM 2, and I prefer them over LM 1. LM 2 is still loud, and a nice deep rumble at idle.
My neighbors definately know it when I leave [&:]

And I don't really get any pops out of my LM 2's, Reving high sounds pure beautiful. I took some clips this weekend of slow start off, fast start off, slow drive by, WOT driveby, angled rev, and in car. I have behind the car rev already and the stock rev, so I will be adding them all in a video in the next day or two and I will be sure to post it, even though, like you said, clips just don't sound near as good as in person. If you live close to NC I can show you in person [8D]

It's gonnnnnna be loud.

I don't care for O/R mid-pipes with Flowmasters, they get tinny.
