Heads up on most aftermarket bumpers on cars, usually they are purchased, installed & painted with an insurance check. It's typical.
Look the car over good for tape marks, build up on edges, ETC.

+1, not a bad idea to pay the $20 or so to get a CarFax report on it before you buy it.
