PI Intake Manifold brings how much faster times?

I have a 96GTVert but have a PI intake manifold ready for installation. I have read that this mod can bring 15 or so rwhp. If so, how many tenths of time could this knock off my time in the 1/4? I was hoping it would bring it down 2 tenths. Is this realistic?

1st off, do you have an adapter plate for your non-pi motor? or is the pi-swap a part of this deal,if not it should be. I wouldnt think 15 rwhp, maybe 15 to the fly, with a p&p plenum+tb.
