The amount of "boost" you get at 100 mph is only going to be 0.2362 psi. That is with an unobstucted/smooth flow of air.You will never get that off the top of a car hood. This information is from a chart used to calibrate airspeed indicators for aircraft.

You do gain the smallest amount of Hp maybe 2-3 at the motor. I have the stalker hood and looked into it. You have to use your stock air box which means stock intake. The majority of the air is forced over your hood, when you get into the 70 MPH range a little of that actually makes it into the slots. Then it has to go across the hood, down into the air box and up through your intake. Basically you get a little more air which means more fuel and more power. Do not buy it, you will waste your money.
