Default stock 13's

I know people have said 13's stock is very unlikely but possible. Anyone have anything I can show to someone for proof? It would be very helpfull. Thanks.

Just go to your local Ford dealership and take a GT for a 24 hour test drive and take the car and the person that wants the proof to the track. I dont think you will get into the 13's though. Pretty hard in a stock GT.

Yea JD is correct i think. Its possible for 13s.But personally i havent ever seen it.Low 14s all the way to mid 15s.Its not the speed that makes a stang its the heritage and the looks .

I don't think its possible unless your in 50* weather in Englishtown and you've been practicing for ohh... say years...

Seriously people claim it often but not only have I never seen it the best stock GT 1/4 mile time I've ever seen in person was a 14.4

He will rock a stock GT, but he doesnt think its possible to get 13's. I know for a fact I cant get my GT into the 13's but im no drag expert.

stock gt with stock tires off the showroom floor... I just don't think that its likely that it can be done - but impossible... well nothings impossible. I've seen stock powered GT's run in the 13's, takes nothing but some sticky tires

My friend got his 04 GT down to 13.8, 1.9 60 foot on Gatorbacks...

Took perfect conditions & mind you he got his bone stock 350z in the 13's.

I wouldn't count on 13's stock.

i ran a 14.6 with a 2.4 60 stock in may. if i knew how to drive the car then i might have pulled low 14s but with the right conditions and a lil luck you might scratch a 13.9

I don't recall even seeing the expert drivers over at Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords get a stock Stang into the teens unless they at least put some drag radials on it. And these guys do most of their testing at Englishtown on a national event quality track that sees plenty of racing 4 days a week, so traction is usually not a problem there. I've got a bunch of old magazines laying around but I'm too lazy right now to go look to prove/disprove this fact. Maybe I might and then again.....what's it worth to you? The "proof" that is?

I would have to see it with my own eyes to see a bone stock GT run 13's. I just dont think it can be done personally. But stranger things have happened I guess.
