Default RE: anyone have KB 2.1 ??

This is just my opinion here but this is my logic of thinking...

twin screw > roots style
(twin screw = centri) > nitrous

I think most of us know why twin screw beats out a roots style... thats comparing for example the Eaton on a stock 03/04 Cobra to a KB or a Whipple style. They are gonna win out. Why did I say that TS = Centri? Well, it really depends on what your looking to use and how you want to use it. For me, I'm not gonna be doing alot of top end runs all the time, so the down low torque that you get with a twin screw is ideal for me. But if you want the top end a little more, then a centri is for you. I don't really care for nitrous but its a cheap mod that gives a good bang for your buck. But, you gotta make sure you have a good tune with it, you'll have to fill the bottle back up again sometime, and I would just miss hearing that pretty whine or whistle on the car if I was just running nitrous. Lately, I've seen some of the twin screw guys using a KB2.6 and spraying with a 75-100 shot. For them, I guess thats the best of both worlds.
