Default 97 GT blown block, what can I replace it with

Will a 4.6l out of a Lincoln or something else swap into my '97 GT convertible? Assuming I have to swap over the manifold/injectors/etc......

you can use any modular block...some might need minor adjustments but all can be used. I am using a Teksid Block from a 96 Cobra which is the same block as 93-98 Mark VIII.
