that sucks man i got into a fight with a guard rail about a month ago and it sucks. good luck with whatever you do with it

Like everyone else has already said, that friggen sucks. I would be quite upset if that happened to me. At least you came out of it unharmed, and look at it this way: It'll be a good story some day! Good luck.

That doesn't make any sense. If he crashed the car & makes a claim, they will place him @ fault and he will get a surcharge that he will be paying for the next 5 years. Doesn't make any sense to make an insurance claim unless you absolutely have to when you are at fault.

SixEight, you might be one of the only people who has ever come here to report an accident and actually admitted full blame!! I can't believe it! LOL. Kudos to you for being honest and admitting you were being a douche and are now paying the consequences. I hope it all works out for ya and you get to keep the car..
