Default Racing Idle

So what is up with my idle? I have a 87mm mass air, bbk CAI, and 70mm throttle body. When I start mine up it has a racing idle...about 1300 rpms, and then It drops after a while. What is it. I dont think its a vacume leak but what about the IAC...what do I clean it with? What else could it be?

How long does it do it for? It is normal if it is for like 30secs to a minute. Thats just its way of warming up the engine. Now if it does it after you have been driving for a while then its a problem.

+1.. I warm my car up every morning for 5 or more mins, and within the first minute of a cold start my RPM's idle at around 1200, then drop down to 700-800ish.

Nah its after a while. Ya I know it should warm up for about 5 minuets, but I rarly let it do that. We have 3 inches of ice here, so it likely will get to warm up for once.
