now i just replaced all the plugs. it idles fine now. better than before, but now it still misses when i get above 1700 rpms. it still has all of its power it seems like, but it goes in and out... are the coils the next step here or should it just go to the dealer before i get to deep into it?
I had almost the same things goin on in my 02 GT about a month ago. Turned out it was bad gas. I just ran it till it was completely empty, filled back up (went an octane rating higher) and all was fine. That happened to my dad also in his Olds...
i have a little over half a tank... its not detonating or anything, do u guys think i should run this tank through and try again with another gas station?
i was also thinking a coil pack. how much are a set of them?? i have 50,000 miles on it now.
IDK,but I'd wager they aren't too cheap.Honestly, after gassing it up again,if that doesn't fix it I would take it to the dealer,it could get very expensive for you if you just start changing stuff untill you find it.
