how do it beat this?
alirght my friend has a 97 6 cylinder that he swapped out for a 5.0. It's now a 306 with trick flow heads, professional products intake, shorty headers, off road h, flowmasters and a tko 600. anyways i need to know the easiest way to be able to beat him. we raced from 60 up and he got me pretty good. not that i thought my basically stock car would keep up but he pulled steadily away from me. Anyways i have quite a bit of money saved up and wanted to know the best way to be able to keep up with this. He is always ripping on my 4.6 so id like to show him that i can compete with him. Anyways me car is a 2000 gt with off road h and flowmasters. Thanks and any info would be appreciated.

Dude you could beat him now. My friend has a 302 stroked out the a 347 with all trick flow stuff. Upper and lower intake, C&L intake & MAF, BBK headers, the works. I still whooped his ***!

possibly your friend is not a great driver? or maybe it's the guy who posted this who isn't a great driver. but i think it's the other way around because my bro built a 306 motor, trick flow heads, edelbrock high rise RPM intake, holley carb, the works, and his car was pretty much the fastest in town, no offence to you at all, but it'd blow your car away if it's anywhere stock to fullbolt ons.

A built 347 in a fox should be whomping on a boltons only 4.6L 2v.
