Default what do you think of the new hood?

I put an '03 cobra hood on the car this afternoon. Some people told me there was a gap between the hood and the front bumper. If there is then it is not noticeable at all. Everything looks to fit very flush. I found the hood from a local guy. He got it off of a cobra, it was already painted the same color as my car so I didn't have to spend any money on paint, and I think it looks hawt! What do you guys think?

I noticed a tiny gap between the hood and front bumper, but not too bad

Hood looks great though!

Actually, I noticed the gap in the pic too, but that is just the picture that shows the gap. There is not a gap on the car, it is just a funny angle in the picture.

On a side note, does anyone need a stock GT hood in good shape painted factory silver?

If you compare the hoods side-by-side, you'll see that the GT hood 'projects' further over the headlight area. The Cobra hood is more rounded on the nose than our 'angular' GT hoods. I'd start looking for a Cobra bumber.

Also, looking at the lthird photo, is the hood set back to far? If you can move it forward a bit, that may help with the gap.
