I have a '96 gt that is dark blue. I'm looking to buy new wheels and i need some opinions. Should i go with chrome or the polished silver? I know chrome cobra R's would look sick but the silver polish wheels are so much more less expensive. So my question is, do the polished silver cobra R's look as good or almost as good as the chrome? And would the polished silver cobra R's look good on my '96 gt?

People can tell you what they think but in the end its what you like, if I were you I would try to find some pics of them on a dark blue stang, that would help you decide.

I'll probably end up buying the chrome cobra R's. With the dark blue color and the chrome wheels, that will look sick.

Yeah they seem to look good on every car I have seen them on, the only problem I have with them is almost everyone has them

That is true. I really like them but a lot of my friends have them and i kinda don't wanna look just like them. Do "you" think that the 2003 style cobra wheels would look good on a '96?

I personnaly like the chrome cobra r's better, they would look really good with dark blue. On the other hand so would silver. Wheels have always been a hard decision for me.

I found a good picture with a 96-98 gt with the 2003 style cobra wheels and it looks sweet. I'll probably get the 2003 style cobra.
