vibration coming from the rear

vibration coming from the rear
i drive a 2002 mustang gt that i have had about 4 months now. Recently there has been this not so quiet vibration coming from the rear of the car. It only happens when the car is cold and i make a sharp turn...like turning out of the drive way or something. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be and should i be concerned. Thanks for any help.
