Default 315/35's rubbing

Anyone with 315/35's have a problem with them rubbing your inner fenders? I have H&R Sport Springs, have rolled my fender lips, and still blew a tire yesterday pulling into a driveway. Any ideas other than new adjustable lower control arms? Thanks.

Sports lower 1.5", Super Sports lower 1.6" SS's are not that low either.

Hrmmm on 17's you shouldn't rub. Especially if you rolled the fenders properly.

Hence my frustration. I guess my only option is going to be to put adjustable lower control arms on and raise the rear a tad. I was looking for that "miracle" application that would avoid new control arms. I should know better, huh.

Super Sports in most cases lower the car far more than specified... more like 2- 2.5 inches.
They are probably one of the most aggressive lowering springs .

I had that problem but it was my upper control arm bushing.

Is this a NPI car or a PI car? I have heard of the NPI cars having trouble rubbing 315s on the quad shocks, but never the fenders.

Even with a 1 to 1.5 " drop that is on my car, I am still nowhere close to rubbing anything, I have an easy couple inches from fender, and at least 1.5 from the quad shocks, on 315/35/R17 nittos on a 10.5 wheel.

What backspacing did you get on your wheels?
