Bassani X-pipe vs. the rest.
Just wandering how bassani stacks up against other major exhaust names like borla, magna and flow master in terms of how loud, or if any produce an undesired sound. im thinking abt buying bassani x-pipes w/cats but like any sane person im just trying to make sure this would be a good buy.

Anything bassani is a good buy at a fair price. They're top quality. Just as good, if not better than magnaflow and borla. Flowmaster is a little further down on the list but they make quality products too. Are you looking for midpipes or cat backs? I just installed dumped bassani mufflers with an o/r x and it sounds incredible...

im doing cat back, i know ive heard many sound clips wich i dont think really give credit to how an exhaust system sounds but still i just want to make sure that there isnt anything im missing out on in some of the others brands like borla's new stinger.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The stingers sound great too. They all sound good, and yeah the sound clips suck. I tried to get one of mine but it came out so bad I wont post it. I guess the biggest question is do you want the chambered sound or the straight through sound?

yeh, not sure. im probably just going to keep up with bassani people ive spoken to that own or have heard it dont seem disapointed. Also do you think the diablo sport predator tuner is worth its $400 price tag?

soundclips dont due justice. i have a bassani catback and offroad x on my car, which i just put on this past weekend and its sounds amazing and is loud as sh**, much louder than i expected. if u go with bassani u will not be dissappointed at all.

As for the tuner, personally id go with SCT and thats what the local tuner here uses. But Ive never actually used either so I can't really comment.

I have the bassani catted x and cat backand i absolutely love it. I can't help but tap the throttle no matter where i am stopped. Sounds great and much less common than anything on the road. I am happy i spent the money on it.
