Default brakes?

hey everyone my brakes are starting to go out and was wondering if anyone can recommend me a brand or type of brakes to put on my car. OEM is way too expensive so i dont want to go that route. Thanks for your responses

Aren't OEM pads around 35 bucks??? Look on ebay if you do not want to spend nearly anything on pads.

Not that these are cheap compared to stock pads/rotors, but its a hell of a deal:

Upgrades to better calipers and 13 inch rotors (rather than 11.5s)

i'd just go and upgrade your brakes to mach1's from buyfordracing, i bought mine for 366 shipped, 13" rotors, steel braided lines, calipers and pads. pretty much all you'll need unless your rallying

Try Hawks. You can get them at Pep Boys or mail order from just about anyone online. Steeda's standard replacement brakes are Hawk. Check it out: http://www.steeda.com/products/hi_pe...brake_pads.php

Good luck with your ride!
