my gt vs ls1 camaro
My cousin has a 98 ls1 camaro with a short shifter, lid, and gmmg catback exhaust and i would like to know what it would take for my car with the mods in my signature to beat his car.

Yeah, it'd be tough to do it. You'd need a 100 shot maybe. Or save up and buy a supercharger. LOL. With your current mods, no way in hell you could beat an LS1.

Stock for stock we are talking nearly a 2 second differance. You would need a PI swap to even think of keeping upand even then it would be a stretch.

him missing a gear, and taking a god awful long time recovering. or you getting heads and cams, and intake manifold+plenum and tb. oh yea, gears too

As long as those are his only mods, I think with a PI swap it should become a drivers race. If you had 4.10's, you'd have a better chance.

i have raced my friends ls1 a lot and get KILLED, you could supercharge your car and at least keep up
