I'm looking at buying an accufab single blade tb for a 98 4v Cobra. I know the description for the tb says that it requires some modification to the manifold to work. I was wondering if anyone has installed one of these and what the modification requires. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I just put one on my 97 cobra. You just have to grind out the center portion of your intake where it was originally set up for the twin throttle body. I used a half inch carbide rotary file it only took like 10 minutes. When you remove your throttle body you will see what I am talking about. The accufab made my car idle about 300 rpms higher and when I push the cluth in it stays at like 2000 rpms for a couple of seconds then it dips back down to 1100. Guess its time for a tune.
