Default Road Course Suspension set up??/ Cannon Ball Run??

Hey guys, I've really been getting into the handling aspect lately..I was looking into doing a decent set up on my 00' GT. Right now im running just eibach springs, im looking into who makes a good adj coil over and other stuff.. The set up still needs to be decently comfortable for the street...Im also looking into doing the cannon ball run...Anybody ever do it?

Griggs isn’t offered everywhere though.. I want to put that on my car.. but I'm in south Florida and cant find a mechanic that is comfortable enough to install it. I even called the guys at steeda but they said that they didn’t think they would be able to install it correctly.

I have a bud who built his 04 GT for the Texas Mile and Big Bend Classic. His car rides like a go kart on rails. I will get ya a list of his suspension mods.
