as far as headers-long tubes will get you around 15-20 with cams-shorties are a waste of time. Secondly VT Stg 1 cams are often said to be better than the VT S/C cams with use of a blower-A lotta people will recommend stg 1 na cams from vt with a blower. Just my .02
