I think my rear is broke? Little help please

I was doin a burnout yesterday and noticed only one wheel was turnin. I am clueless when it comes to rears. I have read here that there are clutches in there and that they arent that reliable. Is that whats wrong? If so ive just got a price on 31 spline axels and an eaton posi. $1300.00 installed.

well for one I have both a brand new EATON 31 spline LSD diff, Ford Racing Install Kit AND Moser 31 spline axles for sale right now on Ebay.
