I ordered the Autometer Gauge Cluster for my 2002 GT over a month ago and still have not recieved it. I ordered it from car-stuff dot com (DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS) and paid for it (Almost $500) yet everytime I call to find out where my part is they have no idea. I have heard everything from they had one but it was defective and had to send it back to Autometer and request a new one, or it is on it way and we will send you an email with the tracking information (never happened and this was 2 weeks ago), to I not sure sir where you part is but I will personally track it down and call you back (never happened and this was on Monday). Now today I request the information I need to contact Autometer myself and find out where my stuff is.

I understand that special order parts (this was one) takes longer to get as I have ordered several before that ended up being special order, but I always got them within 2 or 3 weeks. I am seriously thinking about turning them into the Better Business Bureua. I have asked for my money back and they pretty much skate around that and say that option is not available.

I really think that if I don't have my part in the 2 weeks I am going to call my attorney and let him take care of them.

damn man that sux...what you can do is go above the companys head to the better business bureau. and talk about it to them.....or you can call the attorney general, and that will really stir up some ****...that should take care of your problem
