If you have a pre-existing lean condition, your motor will be in the right area to be sold as a boat anchor.
Your safest bet would be to contact a mail-order tune company. Many of them will be able to e-mail you a tune you can load into a handheld tuner & atleast get your car closer to a healthy a/f ratio than it would be on your stock tune + the nitrous. You might pay over $125 for the tune, but it'll be better than a 'canned' tune.
If nobody dyno tunes Okinawa, I doubt very many people would be capable of rebuilding your engine either... play it safe and smart.
