I'm not Knocking Ford, I was faithfully driving/building them in the '70's when no one else did. Everyone in HS in '72 had a hopped up Chevy, while I had a Fairlane. If Ford had manufacutured a Supercar I COULD AFFORD, (FORD GT) I'd buy one. Unfortunately I'm not Jay Leno. Ford's workmanship even on cheap cars, is extraordinary. The Corvette is beautiful, but it's got to go back to the dealer for improper fitting roof/door seals. GM has come a long way, I trust their Engines/drivetrain/electronics, where they usually fall short is in the little detail department. But, I'll tell you, this C-5 Vette is really put together well.

Are you serious??? I would take a corvette over a mustang any day, they look better, handle better, are ALOT faster, and have alot more potental than these mustangs.

naaa... vett's look nice and drive good but to be real ... mostly either young kids with too much money or old people trying to relive their youth get them. They have no soul.. they're just a one stop shop for a person not willing to put in the wrench work on a more meaningful car. a mustang would smoke a vett given the same amount of money... Don't get me wrong vett's are nice.. they look good .. and are fast.. but just seem like a yuppie mobile to me.. just my .02 but hey as long as you like it congrats man..

HEY... I went from a 77 vette to a 04 stang... if you know anything about vettesm you'd know it wasn't that special other than the fact it was an early 77 (orange engine block, no fender emblems, and the alarm keyhole in the driverside fender)... got 12.5 for it...

No BS I would drop my Mustang in an instant for a C5/C6 Vette. Don't they come with Targa Top? That's sex right their we don't even get a damn sunroof.

Vett's only have 2 seats.
Great car for a single guy or a second car, but would suck as the primary familly vehicle.

Thats why u buy an LS1 camaro or Firebird. They are just as fast and they have 4 seats.
Vett's only have 2 seats.
