They have the same specs and part list so why would that make a difference? My T45 has given me zero problems since I bought my car except for the cold shifting and the reverse BS that not really a problem anyway.

WRONG!!! I have done it. Give me a little while and I will find the part. I guess I should say this was 4~ years go so maybe the part is no longer available but it was back then.

Ever had both a Borg Warner and a Tremec open on a bench? If so, you'd know the difference....

Funny you should say that.... I will real soon. I have a new 99 tremec that I am installing a Promotion kit and manual speedo in. I should have it started in a few days or weeks. One of my winter projects. I'll take pictures whenever I get around to starting it.

my car had slightly over 79k miles on it, my second grinds everytime i throw fast in it. if i go slowly it goes fine. some time's it doesn't like to go into 3rd, sometimes i have problems with 1st. i guess my tranny is done, need a rebuild. i wanted to buy one from a friend of mine off his 04. but reading all this i decided to save up for a rebuild. oh and i have a pro 5.0 shifter

I have a 97 GT Manual T45 that has been swapped to 2003 GT PI Engine and Trans TR-3650 (also manual). I am having speedo and odometer issues due to the VSS/OSS needing to be converted. I can't find the extended speedcal anywhere because no one sells it. So I bought a FRPP instead. Everything is installed correctly but I can't get the right calculations. Any help? Thanks.
