they way I did still took me a little over 8 hours but was worth it but when I pulled my motor I took the headers out and when I installed my motor I installed my headers afterwards

Nice, mine are 1 piece. Since I had the motor out, I was able to fit (and bend) the egr tube fairly easily because there was not a car in the way. I would not have wanted to do that with the motor in. I would most likely have a dent in the side of my car due to the impact of a flying wrench.

sounds like all the same problems I read with the MAC install. Even the part about the EGR tube not fitting right an dhaving to bend it to fit.

Ha! That's cleaner than my garage floor right now. I like where they put the driver's side O2 bung, mine is 180 degrees around and points right into my tranny oil pan. It fits, but there is no clearence. Hey, btw, what are your 1/4 mile #'s becuase I have close to the same setup, except P&P heads, comp 270, auto tranny, 11.5 compression (0cc pistons). Just to give me an idea of what I'll be running.

Ya, I'm hoping 300+, but there's always some debate out there if you can go 300+ RWHP N/A, but I'm not getting in it. When I get dyno tuned, I'll post my #'s and then talk about that. MMR said I'l do 330-340 RWHP with my setup, but whatever, they built my shortblock. Anyway, I'm going back to the dungeon to hook up my k-member now so any ????'s I'll get back to them sooner or later.
