Default TOB Rattle

Does any body else have a problem with thier TOB rattling or is it just me? I had a whole new clutch system put on over summer and it is already starting again. I am fed up with it. [:@][:'(]

Any suggestions????

my tob went out after about 1k when I had my king cobra put in. I dropped the tranny and swapped it myself to remedy the problem.

I am very very happy with my king cobra pressure plate/clutch disc setup... but my TOB is already clicking and crackling when I depress it sometimes... i know it's on the way out, and as such when i do my engine swap i'm replacin the TOB

The Ford dealer replaced it three times under warranty for me and every one of them rattled. They finally ended replacing the piece that goes around the TOB and said it had a piece broke.
It worked for a while.

lol...I got mine from autozone, not a single problem yet after about 15k. This is the POS king cobra TOB that sheared in half.

oh you'll know when it does. It makes the most god-awful sound in the world when your driving it, your pedal will vibrate like all hell, and it will stick a little.

okay so it's not gone yet. thank God it's not my DD right now.

Were there any warning sounds? Or just all of a sudden? Cuz now when mine is hot and I push the clutch in from being in gear i get a nice "click"

but only sometimes
