You will see plugs. The only thing you can do is either body fill the holes & paint the whole section..

.. or stick another badge etc over the old holes.

Same thing happened to me with my '92 mustang 5.0 LX. It was quite a shock to see 2 holes. [sm=insomnia.gif]

To plug it temporary...buy a tube of silicone and fill the holes in.
Then go to Ford and buy another "Ford" emblem and put it back.

Thats the same thing I did, I just filled the holes with silicone and then used touch up paint over the silicone and havent put the ford emblem back on. I hate all the badges. I like a clean look, I think it looks good. You cant even really notice that there were holes there.

You still have the ford emblem and not need it? I was uhh... kind of stupid. So yeah, I thought I'd take it off, and assumed it was just stuck on like what I'm used to seeing. So I started heating it up and nothing was happening, and eventually I got it warm enough that one little bit of the corner started to melt and shrink up. It's not noticeable unless you look at it, but it bugs me none the less. From now on I'll try to be smarter and check first. At least I got the dealer stickers off.
