the D-1SC will carry you to that easy .. i was gonna use the D-1 on my silverado to push the 600 rwhp mark .. but sold the truck and got my stang ...
Yeah i had a weiand roots type on backorder for my zz4 built 95 chevy truck but then i sold the truck. It would have pushed it up to around 575 rwhp .

no what i meant was you said that it would take heads cams and obviously a built bottome end make and support 500 when the KB makes over 5xx outta the box.

let me see if i can simplify this, i want the KB power in a centri package. i want all the power just not down low and not so expensive.

with the d-1sc how hard would it be to hit 600rwhp???

Dude putting 500-600 on a motor with stock internals is just asking for trouble. Not to mention on your clutch and tranny and rear end.

well, I love KB and think you should just save up the extra money and just get that... but with that being said.. even with the KB you are going to need to build up your engine to be able to handle 500hp.. your stock block is only good for around 400-425... maybe 450 max before you are a ticking time bomb for things to break.

ok i know this, not to be a dick but im not askin that, im askin whats the best blower(centri) to help me achieve my goal. im plannin on keepin the blower under 9 psi until i get my bottom end done, start workin on the top end, tranny, driveshaft, rearend, and make sure i have the correct suspension to help me get the power to the ground. after thats done im plannin on slammin 5xx+ t the ground and i want to make sure the blower is capable of it, and not maxed out either

well all the s/c's you have listed in your poll have a model that is capable of your hp goal... other then that it's just personal preference.. I still say save for the KB but if you must go centri then I am partial to the novi 2000 which is rated at capable of something like over 900hp..

As long as your motor is built and forged .. all the it takes to put that 600 RWHP to the ground with the D-1 is tuning with the pullies ...

Any of the blowers you listed can support over 500rwhp, so just get whatever one you can get a better deal on....hows that sound?

I'd still go for the D1.. cause once you hit your 500 goal .. you just might wanna go a little higher .. and that will still work for you ..

wait a sec....to my understanding even the p-1 can handle up to 825hp and the d-1 somewhere in the 1100s or so...i think thats what i read at procharger. Well either way the d-1 ftw!!
