302 Stroker

will a 302 stroker fit in the stock motor mounts? and other than a new tune does one have to upgrade the engine computer or transmission?

A stroker makes no external modifications.

A new, aftermarket computer is always a good idea. Look at www.fordfuelinjection.com for some comparisons of the different types available.

Well you don't have to change the transmission but one can only wonder how long that 3650 will take the added torque.
