you gave it 17 min i've seen pictures and what not of it done, but i havent seen a hood that clears the upper intake so there are holes cut out in the hoods.

it could be done with a bigger hood, but from what i have been told that engine isn't cheap

Buddy has a 5.4 forged shortblock with a 88mm turbo and navi 4v heads. it clears with a 3 in cowl, made 750rwhp on pump gas and 15psi. shooting for 885 on race gas and boost

there was a thread on here a few weeks ago, of a mustang on ebay with a L 5.4 motor in it, they had a total custom hood on it, the s/c was visible and everything, it looks good and bad.... you might be able to search for it..
