anyone know where I can get stiffer springs that do not lower my 01 GT coupe. My daily driver can't aford to be lower to the ground but I figure that if I get new shocks and stiffer springs it willl handle better.

For cornering, you want to stiffen the sway bars more. They won't affect your ride quality, but will control the higher amount of roll you have with the taller car.

You can get 1" lowering springs with a higher rate and add coil springs spacers to add the height back in.

any suggestions where I can get some good sway bars and springs and spacers so I can keep the ride height........of course maybe lowering a 1/2 inch would be alright..

new shocks... sway bars - strut braces... and ford c -sorings or equivliant... handle like a track car..

I have the nice wide tires and rims(look at sig). If I just say screw it and lower the stang a little....what are the best handling and ride quality springs, shocks and struts out there and where can I get them.........Thanks for all the info.

Ford C Springs, like stated above, would probably be your best bet. They don't give a huge drop.
