Default Gas milage???

Hey guys I have a quick question about my cars gas milage. I just got it and it average about 250 miles(city) on a full tank. I want to know is this normal. If not I know that there are alot of things that can cause this. But today I noticed that the car has a stock h pipe with only 1 converter on each side, could this be a reason.

I'd kill to get 250 (city) to the tank. My car averages 200. I'd say yours is about normal.

that h pipe is not stock, well that is not how mine was. i think that the 99+ cars have a bigger tank because i only get like 200 miles on a gas tank and that is like 18 miles per gallon

yeah I know the H pipe isn't stock because I can see where they cut the cat out and replaced it with a striaght pipe. They did a pretty clean job too.
