which springs would you lower with?
My dad wants to lower his '04 Vert GT and his buddy wants him to buy BBK springs for $240. I told him i would do a little research before he gets hosed on these springs. So are BBK springs woth $240 or should he go elsewhere? Seems a bit much to me...

BBK isn't really popular for springs, so I would probably go with a different brand.

H&R sports or supersports would be my recommendation, but that $240 seems like $40 too much

i thought so... I was thinking eibach or H&R... I love my Steeda's but caught a hell of a deal on them...

I love my eibach sportlines, they may be a little low for your dad though. They are about a 2 inch drop
