I have an 02 gt and it had posi when i got it, i would do burnouts and it would leave 2 tire marks....about a week ago i noticed its only leaving 1 burnout mark, the right tire.. car just hit 40K miles and is an auto if that helps......what could be wrong? i got video of a burnout and the left wheel didnt even spin.

The clutch pack in your diff is smoked. A stock replacement is like 250. Spend some extra coin and get something a little better like an eaton or auburn.

+1 Yup my words exactly. SOunds like you havent been taking good care of your car. Like changing the diff fluid and friction additive. A stock clutch pack has 3 clutches but an eaton has 4. It lasts longer and gives you improved traction. I had an eaton when i put 4.10's in and it was awesome. But when i learened i was selling the car my buddy made me and offer i couldnt refuse so i sold it to him and he swapped it out with his. Now i have just a stock rear end again You can really feel the traction difference IMO
