ok, i found another Mustang 2000 GT, he asking $7600 oboand is a must sell situation. what should i offer

Doesn't sound like a bad price actually. Talk him down as much as you can though

What's the book value?
Looking quick, obviously the hood isn't stock and the driver side door looks a little funny. I'd look into why the stock hood isn't there. Check the edges of the fenders for any tape/paint marks. I'd also check the door. I'd offer 6k for it if it's clean?
