I just ordered my gauge pod from there and got it in 2 days and already installed it. Guess I lucked out, lol.

When I ordered my MAC catback from them over a year ago, they didn't send me the flow tubes and I had to wait 3 weeks to put my exhaust on. They said it was MAC's fault.

well when the holiday passes im calling them if i dont get an email which i dont forsee happening. im not gonna hang up with out an RGA

I also had a bad experience with RPM outlet. I ordered my SLP LM II's from them, and their website had the GT LM II with the Cobra description, and the Cobra was also the Cobra description, so I specifically stated in the comments to make sure it was for a Mustang GT and not a Cobra. Well guess what. They sent me the exhaust for a Cobra, and I didn't realize it until after my stock exhaust was cut off and the exhaust wouldnt fit. The reciet and all said GT, but the parts list said Cobra......[/align][/align]So I tried to call them and they said to send an email, I told them my car was on the lift with no exhaust right now, so I cant wait 24 hours for a response, and then wait for them to do something. It was their fault and I wanted them to send out the right exhaust today. So after a few minutes of talking to him he finally sent me over to a guy that could help me. He said he would have to charge my card for the new exhaust until he got the wrong exhaust back. I asked 6 or 7 times to make sure it wouldn't cost me a dime. He said no, everything would be paid for and it would be shipped overnight. So I got my right exhaust and sent the other back. I waited a week and hadn't seen the refund yet. So I called back up there several times about that until they finally refunded me about 3 weeks later. The only problem was it was $80 short of what they originally took. I called back about that and he said they only refunded the amount for the parts, and the shipping was paid by me. Well this sparked a flame, so I had to call about that many times, had my dad call many times, my mom, and my brother. I havn't received my $80 yet, and I will be calling after Christmas. It was 11/03/06 when I orderd the exhaust. The first refund was given at 11/30/06. And I'm still waiting on the last $80. [/align]
