Default Flanges....Head Gaskets...YES OR NO!

I've been told both i do and don't need flanges for my header install, also i was told from different people i do and don't need new head gaskets...I NEED HELP!!

head gaskets... lol no.... just the headers and put the old header gaskets back on their

Flanges? Don't know what you are talking about there, they are part of the header. If you are getting aftermarket headers, definitely get some Percy's Header Gaskets, WELL worth the money. They prevent leaks from the very start. DO NOT, I repeat DON'T put the header gaskets from the stock manifolds back on, they may be fine for a few months, but then you run a very good risk of creating a leak for youself. And the last thing you want is to have to or have someone uninstall the headers and then reinstall them... that's bad news, espeically if you are paying for labor. Do it right the first time around.

ive had mine for 2 years - no problems - they are metal, they dont go bad like that
