Stock exaust pipe diameter
What is the stock exhaust pipe diameter of an 99-04 GT? 2.5 inch?

2 1/4" and then the tips are 2.5" 99% sure

I'm thinkin the tips are probably 2 3/4", I know they were on the '96 Cobras and I think with that cutout in your bumper anything smaller would look too small.

i just went and measured my stock catback off my 01 thats sitting in my basement... the pipes are 2-1/4in the tips are 3in
