RE: Racing seat question
you can make it all work the way you want to but most people dont have power hooked up. But I did my racing seats when I had my camaro using my power bottom on it. But overall they are still adj andI would make them that way rather than set in one spot when doing them or having them done. just my .02

RE: Racing seat question
it all depends on the type of seat you get and if you get tracks for them. You can get a racing seat thats a normal type that you have in your car now that reclines. Or you can get a racing shell like I have that cant recline. But mine has a bracket that has multiple positions to change the angle at which the seat sits. Either seat you can buy tracks for the allow you to slide the seat back and foward for leg room. As for an electric seat, you could fabricate a way to remove the stock seat bracket and bolt it to what ever seat you want it on. I thought about that for mine, but I dont have a welder.... I just had a buddy of mine weld up a bracket to lower my seat 3 inchs and now its non adjustable, no tracks. But its fine for me, no one else drives my car, and thats a good excuse to not have anyone drive it either.... I love my seat!!
