Default X-Pipe Owners in Here!

I'm looking to change my exhaust. When I bought my 03 GT 5 speed it came with some sort of Flowmaster setup which I am not a fan of. I'm looking at going with a Stinger, MagnaPack, LM or LMII setup with a catted x-pipe. (CA smog is the reason for wanting cats.) What is the best (sounding) x-pipe? I know the difference between h and x, so I don't need an explanation on the sound differences. Also, will I need MILs or O2 extensions? Thanks!

If you are going to have cats you shouldn't need MIL's. And you shouldn't need 02 extensions unless you have long tube headers. I don't know anything about catted x's and how they sound. Off road FTW! If you live anywhere other than an emissions state.

The Magnaflow X's are very popular. I have one on my current GT, and on my old GT. I think they sound great. Magnaflow makes great quality parts.

I have the SLP catted-X and LM2 and it sounds great. I didn't need MILs. I didn't need extensions until I got my LTs.

Borla is awesome sounding, I want to change my flowmasters for those... I got a shorty BBK catted x-pipe. I dont like it. I wish I went with a catted h-pipe.... When I am heavy on the throttle and in between shifts I get a tinnie sound from the exhaust. Its weird it sounds bad, it only does it when I am heavy on the gas though. I believe if I went with the h-pipe I wouldnt have that problem.. And as for off-road x or h pipes, everyone I have heard with glass pack mufflers or the straight through muffler designs sound like ***! They dont sound as bad with baffle mufflers but, I think the best sound is with catts.

Thanks guys, I'm leaning towards the catted Bassani and SLP X pipes at the moment.
