Default lakewood or strange????

Well, the last couple of projects i have completed on my mustang have been Tubular front k-member with new A arms and a coilover system, i also just put in MM full length subframes and new upper and lower control arms in the rear. I have some 5.0 rear springs waiting to go in and the olnly question now is what kind of rear shocks to use. Im not sure about what the 70/30, 90/10, 50/50 stuff is all about either if someone could advise me that would be great. I have to say i think right now im partial to the 10 ways from strange but i dont know if there is different kinds of that shock either. Which would yall rather see with my setup? And just for giggles, do yall think that this setup will be solid?
thanks james

If your car is a daily driver go with 70/30 in the fronts and 50/50 in the rear. The numbers mean how much the strut or shock gives and then holds. 90/10s give more than 70/30s and should only be used if your car is more of a weekend warrior than a DD.

+1. The best thing though would be to have adjustables in the front so you can change it easily before you go to the track.
