stock cobra shocks on gt?

stock cobra shocks on gt?
my girlfriends dad was wondering if i can install him some new shocks on his 03 GT. i can do this without much problem but he wants something that handles a little bit better. i believe the stock cobra shocks are bilstein... would i be able to just bolt up 4 of these guys without any modification to a gt chasis?
