how do subframe conectors and panhard bare help with traction?

subframe connectors keep your chassis from flexing or bending when launching...

not too sure about a panhard bar

Panhard bar is more for handeling then it is for traction. Everything I've ever heard from anyone says that subframe connectors are definately worth it. I plan on getting some soonish.

I have them on my d/d and it rides like a stage coach. They are welded and I'm thinking of refitting them to bolt onto flanges when I go to the strip. For me they are not worth it unless you drag it pretty hard on the strip.
