Default Eaton Blower on Mach 1

I can get a good price on a (stage3) ported eaton blower. What all would I need (supporting on the motor) in order to install it and be able to drive it to the dyno?

Good point... which means he will need a new hood.

Why would you put a Twin Screw/Roots blower on a Mach 1? You would have to get rid of the Shaker system! If i were you, I would either put a Procharger or a Turbo Kit onto that bad boy! If neither are your boat, you can always spray that sucker! Your Mach has raised Compression doesn't it? I would def. spray yours with a 150-200 shot of nitrous.

You know what would look hot though???? If he kept the same hood.... got the BIGGER Kenne Bell blower, and let it stick out of the hood..... That would look kewl.... Different. Don't see that everyday. Although everyone will know he is blown.... but they'll hear the damn whine anyway lol.

Nah, it looks stupid. There was a picture of someone who did it. Plus what do you do when you need to wash your car? Or when it rains??? I'd prefer to keep that expensive KB dry.

Ehhhh..... I'd just cover it up with something when I wash...... Plus I wouldn't take her out in the rain anyway.

I don't think the stock Mach1 intake manifold supports an intercooler; but I could be wrong.

The biggest engineering problem with putting a s/c on the Mach1 is exceeding the strength of the non-forged short block

I thought that sounded like a really bada$$ idea. Do you have this pic on-hand? I'd love to see it.
