Default UDP install

Ok so i got the pulley puller on and i have cranked that thing sooooo thight all i am doing is turning the crank. IS there some thing i am not getting here?

Engage the parking brake and put the car in 3rd gear. That should stop the spinning.

I did that, im actauly bending the bolts for the puller.

Okay, let me play stupid for a moment.

1) Belt off

2) Crank and washer bolt out

3) Center of puller not larger diameter than hole in dampener

Mine came right off. Maybe tap the dampener with a hammer to break it free? Really, it should come right off.

yeah, man i double checked all that, execpt the hammer thing. i switched to some 1" 1/2 bolts and still started bending those. my arm is sooooo tired lol

Dude, I don't get it. Mine's an '04 and it came off real easy. I wish you luck. Hell, hit it with some wd-40 or something, too.

i give up. i snaped the threads of one of the bolts from the puller in side the dampner. i must just have a wierd as crank or something.

Just did mine tonight, took me 2mins to take it off, slid off so nice, and I got a 04 auto.
