Rear end noise?? some input

Rear end noise?? some input
Well over the last few days my rear end seams to be making kinda a BURRR sound when i take off slowley but it does not do this when i step on it. Could this be a major problem? The car has 33k on her and has the factory gears. Any idea what this could be or is this normal. Maybe just a rear diff fluid change?
And yes to all the people i have a 7.5 rear end but if i post this in the v6 section i will get no responces when it comes to technical questions.
