Default ***_*What could be causing this??*_***

So I used to have a problem where after I put my car in neutral and cost to a stop at highway speeds the rpms would drop and my car would stall. Well I figured that it was the IAC so I replaced that and it ran like a top for the past week. Now it is doing it again, the rev's got to 100rpm's twice tonight before I saved it by giving it some gas. What do you guys think it is?? Please help!
